CONSTRUCTION RESIDENTAL

Running project(2019). Master planning and Farm House design done by Carnation Company.

Location: Khartoum/ Abu Adam B3 (2018). Ground floor+ 3 typical floors , each floor contains two flats . The design concept focused on providing the occupants free open space in addition to using nice wooden pergola  outside the built area.

The house had been redesigned in addition to adding upper floor by Carnation (2018) .

Basement +Sub basemeBasement +Sub basement = ground floor + mezzanine +9 typical floors. The ground and the mezzanine floor contains open galleries . Each floor from the 1st floor to the 9th will divide in to four flats to establish as residential or office flat.
